Steve Carmichael, Founder of PaceBuilders™, Creating Online Programs to help runners PR & run injury-free worldwide: S1, EP23

from RUNWITHALLI LIVE · host Alli

Steve Carmichael, Founder of PaceBuilders™, Creating Online Programs to help runners PR & run injury-free worldwide chats about what he loves about the running community, how PaceBuilders came about and more with Coach Alli on this week's episode. In Steve's own words: "I think getting the message out about improving our health and fitness through positive lifestyle change (whether that is running or something else) is important to share. I was not your stereotypical runner. I had health problems that many people can relate to due to years of poor eating and putting my career over my own health. It is an epidemic in this country and starting to grow around the world.Being on the RUNWITHALLI LIVE podcast is my way of supporting others , like you, who share a same mission. I feel it is important to come together in the industry and support those who take time out of their busy lives to host a podcast, or share their message. We all come from different backgrounds and we all have a story whether we are a coach or not, have a podcast or not and hopefully there is someone out there listening who maybe got behind the 8 ball a bit with their health and fitness (like me) and resonate with my story and have a few takeaways from this episode that will help them in some way."Thank you for listening to this week's episode!
