Steve Carney declares the ice fishing season OVER

It's the first meeting of radio Steve (Thomson) and outdoor Steve (Carney) of the new season? Spring is here but flaky and Steve Carney says the ice is officially too fragile for him to feel good being on the ice so he’s going to safely store his ice fishing gear until next winter.
