In 2021, their second year as a team, they closed $160M in sales earning $4.5M GCI and they're on track to match, if not exceed, those results in 2022. Robert and Steve focus on attracting cultural fit and hiring for the position. Their skill sets are very different yet have very similar ethics and philosophy on how they approach this business, which is why their partnership works.
