Out next guest is Steve Ekstrom, the current senior editor at Sumerian Comics. In addition to being an editor, Steve is an award winning writer. Steve is the recipient of the Academy of American Poets award for his achievements as a poet. Entering into comics was a natural as a writer for Steve. In fact his work has been published by 803 Studios, Desperado Publishing, Image Comics, Zuda, DC Comics, Tin Star Studios, Top Shelf Productions, and Sumerian. His first published work was Breakfast which has been published three times since its debut in 2008. His second published work was The Ares Imperative which was featured in the July of 2009 competition on DC Comics Zuda webcomics site. Today Steve is a veteran editor and writer. A journalist for years with Newsarama, MTV Geek, FreakSugar, and others today Steve has written SOKO for Behemoth and is the new writer for the classic horror supernatural series The Fog! Forty years after the events of The Fog (1980), this comic series tells the supernatural horror story that reconnects several surviving characters and their descendents from John Carpenter's original story.
