Steve has made a living by bringing news, sports, weather & entertainment to people’s ears through the power of radio. He has since put down the mic to enjoy retirement with his wife Carol.In this episode Steve talks about how he got his start in radio out in Latrobe PA home of former professional golfer Arnold Palmer, Rolling Rock Beer and where the banana split was invented way back in 1904. From there he headed up north to Vermont for career advancement but at a cost...he froze his bagets off! Looking for a slightly warmer place to raise a family he ended up in beautiful Lebanon county and started making a difference by being a major part of the community. Not only through his radio job but by contributing as a coach, announcer for high school sports games and so much more. To wrap up the episode Steve gives some advice to future radio/podcast hosts & tips on those looking to get into public speaking.
