Steve Maddox is the founder and owner of Utah's largest homebuilder, Edge Homes. Edge Homes rose from the ashes of 2008 and has delivered thousands of homes since. We discussed master planned communities, building condos, the mentors in his life, and how he got started in the business. Edge is one of the few developers in the starter home market, and I am honored to share his story.
