We sit down to talk about his introduction to the coffee industry, Hindsight Is the Sixth Sense, booking tours post-Covid, and Pouzza Fest.  During the episode Steve was having a cup of Costo coffee and a jasmine tea while I was drinking Omar Tinoco Arango from Jungle. This coffee is a washed Columbian geisha with notes of pineapple, mango and  soft citrus.
