Steven Shehori on Creativity as a Way to Cope with Anxiety

from Following Films Podcast · host Following Films

With his writing work dried up, and knowing he may spend a year in pandemic self-isolation, award-winning comedian Steven Shehori (Twitter: @StevenShehori) realized he needed a project to focus on to keep his clinical anxiety in check. So the Los Angeles-based comedy writer made a challenge to himself in March: he'd spend six months learning music, audio engineering, and animation, to create a comedic music video of him covering There's No Other Way, the classic (and hard-to-play!) song from U.K. rock icons, Blur.
