StewPod Interview: Diamondbacks pre and post game host Mike Ferrin
from The StewPod: Baseball, pop culture & more Hosted by by Yahoo Sports
The Arizona Diamondbacks are the unofficial winners of the offseason. Ultimately, that means little. Unless they can perform when the games matter, what they accomplished over the past few months will be moot. Still, they've managed to garner national attention with the moves they made, and put themselves in a position to contend in a tough National League West. This week on the StewPod, Chris talks to the team's new pre and post game host Mike Ferrin. The two discuss how Mike got involved in calling games, the state of the club and whether they've done enough to make the playoffs. Here's a full rundown of this week's show: • Quick intro from Chris (Mike Oz is on vacation) • How did Mike Ferrin start calling games? • Have the Diamondbacks done enough this offseason? • Which players need to step up? • Some quick thoughts about the qualifying offer • Chris' outro reminds you to rate and review the podcast (as always)
