We start off answering the question if it is possible in today’s world to humanize customer service. The crew discusses their experiences and frustration with foreign call centers and the scripted conversations they use to supposedly empathize with customers.  We all agree that better training and the empowerment of workers could lead to a happier customer base. Next, we discuss how tired and bored we are with the current search for a Democratic presidential nominee.  The coverage of the Democratic field is looking more like a WWE wrestling match rather than a search for a viable candidate to lead the free world.  In a country so divided by racial and economic disparities is their one person to bring the left and right back to the middle.
