“Stick To Your Guns” is a three-hundred year old expression that means to hold onto one's beliefs or position. It comes from a soldier's responsibility to stay at his post, or gun, and not run no matter how difficult the fighting becomes. To continue shooting at an enemy although it puts you in great danger takes discipline, faith and belief in what you are fighting for. Today Nehemiah has to stick to his guns as more opposition seeks to take him out! There are many forces that try to squelch what God is doing in and through you.
