Sticky Jazz Interview Cinnamon Brown and The Eskimos

Having completely missed the boat when these guys happened, Cinnamon Brown and the Eskimos, a Utah based band, who became the band on Halloween 1997, for a gig in Idaho. They managed to take Utah, and the rest of the area by storm. Cinnamon Brown and The Eskimos are a jam band, mixing everything they could think of into their music, and learning to play it out on how it "Feels" leading the rest of the song. These guys played all the ski bars, and became a favorite local act. They were parked on the same stage to play next to The Beach Boys during the Olympic Games in Salt Lake City. We talked about Moab Utah, Subarus, Ancient Egyptian worship, and sock puppet hobby horses demanding devotion during live performances. These guys are along the lines of Rusted Root, and are just a lot of fun to listen to. Since Sticky Jazz is the 2nd most streamed music podcast in Utah, I am pumping hype for their upcoming gig at the "Velour Lounge" in Provo Utah on June 5th.
