Hand Me Down Heart Joe Martin You don't want someone's heart that still might belong to someone else. It's all or nothing, now or never. Don't hand me a hand me down heart.Credits Written by Joe Martin and Ben Jones Produced by Cal Campbell Mixed by James Wyatt Mastered by Rogan Kelsey Vocal and acoustic guitar - Joe Martin Drums and percussion - Cal Campbell Bass - Cornelius Webb Guitar - Ben Jarrad BVs - Ben Jones Photography by Steve Anderson Empowered by Darkness Andrea Medina Hi, I’m Andrea Medina. Though I’m in my early 20s, the history of relational trauma in my family lineage coupled with my own father’s abuse and abandonment, has instilled in me a self-awareness and sensitivity to emotions from a young age. I was born in México and raised in Compton, a community where I didn’t have many mentors or influences that pointed me in the direction of emotional healing work. Still, I went on to publish The Energized Self: A Journey to Interconnected Healing, a book that is half memoir and half conversations with trauma survivors at the age of 22. This same year I began my public speaking journey and my master’s program to become a Marriage and Family Therapist. As I find myself rising to fulfill my soul’s calling today, I am still in the same location where conversations like the ones had in this podcast aren’t common. I’m also faced with a myriad of economic and social challenges that I know listeners will relate to. My goal is that Epic Real Estate Investing Matt Theriault In the spirit of Robert Kiyosaki’s Rich Dad Poor Dad and Gary Keller’s Millionaire Real Estate Investor, and as an alternate to the Dave Ramsey, Jim Cramer, Motley Fool and Suze Orman shows, Matt Theriault, real estate investor, entrepreneur and author will show you how to create wealth through conventional and creative real estate investing while improving your financial education so you will have the option to realistically retire in the next ten years, or less… and enjoy the good life while you’re still young enough to do so. This free podcast and course in real estate investing serves as a portal to multiple real estate investing courses making it a complete step-by-step and comprehensive real estate investing program and resource. Just A Girl From The South Bronx Krystal Richards A show about funny anecdotes and life lessons I've learned in my 20s (and still learning). Listen with me every Wednesday as I share cringey and sometimes embarrassing stories that I think you can learn from too!
