40 plus is a time of transition, especially for women. They undergo changes physiologically, mentally, emotionally. Often, society marginalizes them, pushing them to feel neglected, unwanted, disrespected... thinking they have become 'less'.But the opposite is the truth.Women blossom into their powers in their 40s. They know who they are, their values are in place and their focus is steadfast and when given the opportunity, they shine.I had the fortune to moderate a session of incredible women at The Projekt 40's May 2025 session.
