Your brain is wired to respond to stress and anxiety with lightning-fast reflexes. Studies have shown that practices like stilling your mind while connected to your conscious breathing can activate the parasympathetic nervous system, eliciting the body's natural relaxation response and reducing levels of stress hormones like cortisol. In these moments of quiet reflection, you create space for clarity, serenity, and rejuvenation – essential ingredients for a balanced and harmonious life. _ Instructions 1. Before listening to these visualisations, take 8 deep breaths in with slower exhales. 2. Connect on an emotional level and allow my voice to guide you. 3.
