Stimming and Repetitive Behaviors

This episode is all about stimming and other repetitive behaviors that our kids do or have done throughout the years. There's a delicate balance when it comes to stimming, each behavior needs to be individually assessed. A lot of times they can really help regulate and calm an individual, autistic or not.
