𝐈𝐧𝐞𝐳 𝐑𝐢𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐨 was the Beverage Director for Windows on the World (a restaurant in the World Trade Center) at the time of 9/11. She and (her now husband), Stephen, both survived the horrific tragedy, but lost their jobs and were forced to reassess their careers.
