Stop creating more overwhelm in your business

From fear of doing it wrong we follow all these rigid strategies and business design rules. But often this leads to overwhelm and burn out, or even to hatered of our own beloved business. Because we don't recognise it anymore, because all the musts and don'ts created a cage around us. Lets stop. Just for a second.
