The parable of the minas in Luke 19 — most people think God was angry about the money, but 10 minas was nothing to a king with infinite abundance. The real issue is that the servant didn't value what he was given enough to do anything with it.One mina equals a hundred days of wages. Ten minas is roughly $150,000 in today's terms. But the master called it "very little" — like giving a kid a $20 bill and watching them think they can buy the earth. The first servant doubled it and got authority over 10 cities. The third servant hid it in a handkerchief because he was scared. Sound familiar? The "I'm shy, I'm scared, I can't do it" — that part of you was taken care of by salvation. You don't need to live from that place anymore. You don't need to build a freaking cottage there. He left the 99 for you. So let's see what you can do.
