I've learned through this process of self-care relating to my physical Health that the Good Lord Jesus has reminded me to Look at Him and Follow Him as the Teacher in Life. Sometimes we get ourselves in trouble and get our eyes and focus on other people when instead we need to be focused on Jesus and His Will for our lives. I encourage you to find out Jesus Perfect Will for Your Life as you continue this journey of Spiritual, Emotional, Mental and Physical Wellness. God Bless and Remember 'this is my race.'
