I recently had the pleasure of chatting with Robert J. Hunt about the power of accountability. Robert shared openly about his own journey to financial freedom and how taking ownership changed his life. In our conversation, Robert explained why accountability leads to true freedom - when we stop making excuses and take action. His book "Nobody Cares Until You Do" tells the story of paying off $90k in debt through some difficult decisions. We also discussed how to live out our faith in everyday life, not compartmentalizing it to Sundays. Robert challenged us to view even our workplace as a mission field and glorify God in all we do. I'd highly recommend checking out Robert's book to learn more about embracing accountability. He's graciously offering the first two listeners a free copy just for being a fan of this podcast! I read all your comments and love keeping the conversation going.

That’s why we have created The Weight Podcast. Launching on March 5th, this is a podcast that creates a space for honestly discussing some of the heavy topics we face in our culture today. We believe that the church is called to engage in a way that honors the weightiness and importance that these topics have for how we live faithfully today.
