Stop papering over the cracks, a solo episode #89

This week in pausing to review + reflect on 2021 & make sure that I fully integrate what it taught me......I realised how important this is to your growth too.Because here's the thing...if we don't anchor in our lessons, we run the risk of doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results (thanks Einstein!).Now I will be honest & say this isn't my favourite thing to do. I'm a learn the lessons quick and keep moving kind of human. A don't look back, we aren't going that way type.And yet....we do want to make sure our lessons have thoroughly landed.It's in this process we can let go of what we don't need and ensure we take all the wisdom we've gained forward.
