Stop Pinkwashing Already

Over 8 million workers in the U.S. identify as LGBT. Spoiler alert: That's a lot! Yet, corporate America isn't very hospitable to this influential demo when it comes to work. In fact, a recent UCLA survey found 50 percent of LGBT employees are not 'out' to their supervisors, and 34 percent of LGBT have left their job due to treatment by their employers. What's the problem? Never fear, we have answers.
