Stop Rebuilding, Start Expanding: 3 Ways To Rise Through Tough Seasons

from Made For More · host Luke Page

In this episode, I open up about one of the toughest seasons of my life... losing loved ones, financial struggles, health issues, and the breakdown of my marriage... all within a few short years. As I was going through it, I was trying everything to break out of it because there wasn’t much going my way. It felt like anything I did came with heavy resistance. But then when I hit my rock bottom, something changed within me and I picked myself up and finally after 5 years broke out of my winter season and life quickly started swinging the other way to where everything in my life now is going my way and things feel very light. Looking back, there were 3 specific areas I started focusing on improving which allowed me this breakthrough. So if life feels heavy right now and nothing seems to be going your way, I want to show you how to stop trying to escape your winter season and start using it to become stronger, more grounded, and ready to expand.   Make sure you subscribe to my podcast to stay up to date with episodes I release every week.
