Stop trying to chase the "echo" of your external circumstance

Reality is real. Right? It's solid. It's substantial. We can depend on it. We can be in despair because of it. But what if our "reality" is simply an echo of our internal state of being? What if rather than trying to change the echo of reality and wondering why it doesn't work. We simply begin to shout out different words? Broadcast out a different resonance?
