Stop using this phrase!

from Created In The lab · host Created In The lab

“I don’t have time” is probably the worst phrase ever. We all have time for things that matter. What we are really saying is “this isn’t my priority”. Whenever you get tempted to say “I don’t have time” really take a step back and think if this is something that’s important to you. If it isn’t than say that. But if it is something that is important to you (your health, fitness, family, friends, etc) than make time for it and stop letting things get in the way of what is truest important. Have a great week and do great things for your country!
