Andrea Yoch joins Sheletta to talk about becoming a part owner of Aurora FC. Andrea talks about the beginnings of the Minnesota Aurora FC and how it’s rooted in fan/community ownership (like the Packers but “better”). The money invested in this team is then reinvested in the community and growing the girls/women’s game and business in a sports landscape that is becoming increasingly expensive to participate in. Nancy Lyons (Clockwork) brings all of her energy and wisdom to The Sheletta Show. She talks about culture and its impact on each other and shifting out attitudes about work and productivity and how we don’t have time to wait to be the change you wish to see in the world. Sheletta asks Nancy about culture building and they get into the importance of agency and being solution focused.
