Prior to starting their business together, Urvina worked in the NHS for 27 years as a Therapeutic radiographer and a Clinical Practice educator, until a restructure in her organisation caused her role to come to a sudden end, leading her to embark on a new coaching career at the age of 50.Anjali worked as a Finance professional in the Corporate sector for 17 years before becoming an Executive coach in order to help others shift their own careers with clarity and confidence.
