When Mohamed Mohamed-Ali returned to a quiet house in Newhaven, Essex on the afternoon of Friday 12 February 2016, he knew something was wrong. Fatima, his wife of 34 years, was nowhere to be seen and had left behind her keys, phone and handbag.
