Stories that Heal: Dr. Jody Stanislaw

Introducing Dr. Jody Stanislaw, our special guest on "Stories that Heal." Dr. Stanislaw's journey is nothing short of remarkable. With a doctorate in Natural Medicine, she's authored a book uncovering life revelations from her year in Thailand and delivered a TEDx talk titled "Sugar is Not a Treat," viewed by over 5 million people. Her adventurous spirit has taken her across the globe, living in Italy, Australia, Thailand, and Bali, and exploring over 35 countries. Despite her outward success, Dr. Stanislaw's internal battles were profound. At 18, she spent a month in alcohol rehab following a near-lethal drinking incident, later enduring two months in an eating disorder treatment centre. Yet, amidst the twists and challenges, her greatest transformation came from learning unconditional self-love. Previously focused on aiding those with type 1 diabetes through virtual training and online courses, Dr. Stanislaw is now expanding her speaking career to champion self-love. With a passion for helping others embrace this essential life skill, she continues to inspire audiences worldwide. Join us as Dr. Stanislaw shares her journey of resilience, healing, and self-discovery. 🎙️💖
