After over 300,000 hours on his feet in kitchens, Rand made a bold choice & decided to shift lanes. Using his love for smoking foods, Rand has set out to do something that no one else is doing, to smoke coffee. We do live in California, but when we say "smoke coffee" we mean using wood smoke in the roasting process.
