Storm Ashley update: Power outages amid strong winds & high spring tides

Storm Ashley, the first named storm of the season, made landfall this morning bringing with it strong and gusty southerly winds, coupled with high spring tides. Joining Anton to assess the situation is Keith Leonard, National Director of the National Directorate for Fire and Emergency Management.
