Last week, we stepped into the importance of boundaries—what they look like in my practice, the policies I’ve put in place to protect both myself and my clients, and why those structures matter more than we sometimes realize. Boundaries aren’t about building walls; they’re about creating a safe, sustainable space where real healing can happen for everyone involved.This week, we’re going a layer deeper.In this episode, Holding Space While Falling Apart, I’m opening up about the reality of showing up for others on the days when I’m not at my best. The days when life feels heavy, emotions are close to the surface, and the idea of “holding it all together” feels nearly impossible.
