StoryCorps Austin: Sandy Graham

The StoryCorps mobile booth was in Austin in January, and we’re bringing you some of the stories that were recorded there. Before embarking on her fifty-year career as an educator, Sandy Graham was a rebellious teenager living in Commack, Long Island who became pregnant and gave up a baby daughter for adoption. It's not a story she tells to many people, but she recently sat down in the StoryCorps mobile booth and shared the story with StoryCorps facilitator Chelsea Aguilera.
