Storytelling w/ Lil Rece and Kelz

Mental health is a community endeavor. Our guests today talk about the value of telling your story and finding the audience to hear it, because in talking about "what happened to me" we own the story and are free to frame it in ways that reveal our powers of resilience. Bounce Back Generation is a youth-centered nonprofit that creates and shares tools that build emotional resilience. We all have a role to play in constructing good mental health environments where we can learn about ourselves, help one another, and heal the planet. We seek to uplift the perspectives of the historically oppressed and anyone fighting for equality and justice.
