If there is a personal project you want to do, get to doing it without over analyzing and researching. I have two major personal projects going on right now. I have to say this was the first time that I did no research whatsoever when I started. I just started shooting without any idea of what I was doing or where I wanted it to go or what to do with them. Now that I'm into I have come across opportunities where I can use these images for submission. Sometimes it's ok not to have an end goal in mind.
