The Democratic Party's core supporters have been led to believe that violence is a legitimate means to achieve their objectives. While most individuals are not inherently inclined toward such behavior, they can be provoked into retaliating against those who operate with this mindset. The majority desires peace, but they are now compelled to defend themselves. Securing a starter home has become increasingly difficult for younger families. Concerns exist that overbuilding these smaller homes simultaneously could trigger a housing market collapse. An alternative solution being proposed is the construction of apartments instead of single-family starter homes.
