For nearly half a century, Americans have faced threats and killings from Iranians. Iranian leaders believe that restraint is weakness, convinced that American leaders will always choose restraint—a belief that history supports. President Trump has now changed the United States' method of responding. What remains is not negotiation, but victory. Property tax is universally disliked, raising the question of what we truly own. Furthermore, challenging an assessment forces individuals through bureaucratic hurdles that require more patience and effort than most are willing to endure. Contrary to popular belief, a magic bullet does not exist. Handguns seldom halt an attacker entirely. Even if a firearm is emptied accurately, an enraged perpetrator can continue to advance. For law enforcement confronting these individuals, training is essential, yet guarantees remain nonexistent. The DSA aims for total control, including the repeal of the Second Amendment. They operate under the belief that disarming the American public will ensure greater safety. Yet, a glance at international unrest and the defenselessness of populations under strict gun control laws makes it clear that this is a critical error. It appears that John Thune is ignoring the desires of the American public. Although both the President and the citizens support the passage of the Save America Act, Thune suspiciously refuses to allow a vote on it. While eliminating the filibuster represents the correct path forward, John remains opposed. Recent polling suggests a shift in public opinion, with some Americans growing weary of Donald Trump. While polls shouldn't be entirely dismissed, their historical inaccuracy is well-documented. Typically, high gas prices and the prolonged conflict with Iran would alienate voters from an incumbent president. However, with the Democrats facing financial strain, the electorate isn't dissatisfied enough to embrace the left's socialist alternatives.
