Over the years, he has worked at various institutions such as The Perfect Workout, Massage Envy, Skyline College, and 24-Hour Fitness. In 2019 he became self-employed and opened his LLC, Armstrong Training, where he teaches online training, in-home training, and outdoor training/boot camps. He is also an assistant basketball coach for the Men’s Basketball team at Cañada College. The program aims to help mitigate the barriers to employment for young males and females of color.
