He was arrested together with his partner, Cintia Tello.1.Samuel LittleThe name Samuel Little may not be a household fixture but that could soon change because he could be one of the deadliest serial killers who ever lived. The 78-year old was first arrested in 2012 in Kentury and then extradited to California on a narcotics charge. When police entered his DNA in the database, it matched to three unsolved murders in the area, going back as far as 1987.
