Strange New Worlds 2x6: So where's Bill Murray?

Today we are reviewing this week's episode of Strange New Worlds "Lost in Translation" and it has the fan base divided...or at least to me.  Was this purely a filler episode before the big Lower Decks crossover? Or was it filled with emotion and stand all on it's own?
