Strange Sauna: Database Latency = Real-Time Election Fraud?

Greg examines an article from American Thinker detailing "database latency" and how it can be exploited to create fraudulent mail-in ballots.  It claims that voter's zip codes can be changed prior to ballots being mailed out, which creates "undeliverable" ballots.  These undeliverable ballots are then collected while the voter's zip codes are quietly changed back.
