Those murders involved a cult, and he kept hearing more and more stories about cults and strange religious groups around where he lives in Kentucky. From there, it was just a rabbit hole into local folklore about UFOs, dogmen, lake monsters and unexplainable phenomena, like rains of meat and frogs.Nathan Isaac has always been a fan of Fortean phenomena and weird happenings that question the nature of reality itself. He describes Penny Royal as chasing those kinds of questions down their respective rabbit holes to see how deep they go.http://www.pennyroyalpodcast.com/?fbclid=IwAR3IjV7gt63pL1JzUjpH4zGoWd15pWeOeWTRTbl2H1zuVfNIpb2OE67e9L8 (http://www.pennyroyalpodcast.com/)Producer Patrick "Patcho" NewlinAudio Engineer/Archive Manager Rohan Music is by Bundy, Chronox, Kevin Mcleod and Spaceboy at https://my.captivate.fm/spaceboymusic.com (spaceboymusic.com)DJ Steezy Stevie https://www.steezymusic.com/ (https://www.steezymusic.com/)Music by Chronox at https://www.chronoxofficial.com/ (https://www.chronoxofficial.com)Carbon Based Life Forms https://www.carbonbasedlifeforms.net/ (https://www.carbonbasedlifeforms.net/)
