Strathmore Speakers Series - Spatchcock Funk!

Spatchcock Funk is a new cooking and partying experience show that premieres right here on WCNY-TV at 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 26th. The shows creators, Matt Read and Alex DeRosa, started on YouTube and expanded to TV stations in Syracuse and Rochester. Their new show airing on WCNY and other PBS stations across the country is a culinary adventure that shines a light on social issues, and shows us how to have a great time. You don’t need a special occasion to have a great party, just people you love. You bring your friends, they’ll bring everything else!
