In the first part, Jason Warwick conducts Levels of Mind sessions on love and peace, showing how the mind confuses them with fear and struggle. He emphasized that fears about relationships and perceived mistakes are rooted in the past; they lose their power once you acknowledge that they come from your own mind. Projection determines perception, meaning you see what you believe in. If you believe you need to work hard to make a living, that's what you get. If you believe someone you love is suffering, you suffer as well, even if you are not directly involved. Offer them peace and love because what you give is what you receive. As Jesus reinforces over and over in the Course, that"s because we are only One, but realizing that takes mind training and willingness.
