Stray Bullet, Stolen Truck, Arrested | Las Vegas News

A Las Vegas woman, Lucy Robledo, was fatally struck by a stray bullet during a chaotic street shooting — and now 40-year-old Oscar Perez is in custody, accused of driving the stolen Ford F-150 linked to the crime. Surveillance footage, ballistic evidence, and Perez’s own admission tie him to the scene: he admitted to possessing the stolen gun and being with an unknown passenger that night. He claims he was forced into a deadly confrontation after another driver brandished a weapon — but hasn’t named his passenger, leaving key questions unanswered as he remains behind bars.
