Stray Kids Parlays Gods Menu into Six Albums and Billions of Streams

from Voxcali · host Voxcali

From their breakthrough culinary hit to global chart domination, the self-producing eight-member group has become an unstoppable force in modern music. K-pop group Stray Kids has established a clear foothold in the global music market, defined by their self-produced anthems and intense, technical rap style. In March, the eight-member boy band released their most recent standalone single “Stay.” This followed August 2025’s Karma, their sixth studio album most known for the lead track, “Ceremony.”  The project reached number one on the Korean charts, along with the other three Korean-language albums. Their highest charting single in the U.S., “Chk Chk Boom” shined on Stray Kids’ July 2024 EP, Ate.  The music video featured Deadpool & Wolverine stars Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman, who donned their respective costumes.  This high-profile collaboration extended to the movie’s official soundtrack, for which the group released the original promotional single “SLASH.” The same year they dropped their second Japanese-language album, Giant, preceded the year prior by The Sound. 2023 also featured their third Korean-language studio album, 5-STAR, featuring the hyper-energetic standout track “S-Class.” That sound evolved from their 2021 studio album NOEASY, which broadened their audience via the fusion single “Thunderous.” Yet, their trajectory was truly set by their 2020 breakthrough album GO LIVE and its culinary-themed masterpiece “God’s Menu.”  The track remains their biggest to date, amassing over 1 billion plays across Spotify and YouTube. Stray Kids has quickly grown from a rising name into a deeply respected K-pop mainstay with 10 million monthly listeners on Spotify.
