Low self esteem leads a lot of us to poor relationships with others because of the poor relationship we have with ourselves. Sometimes we subconsciously seek reiterations of past traumas because we are addicted to the feelings it invokes in us or we believe it is all we deserve. We suffer habitually. Cheating is tied to the way we feel about ourselves as well. If you knew better you'd do better. Streams is what I call a 'solocast' focused on any given topic, mostly philosophy, cultural perspectives, creative struggles and/or personal social issues. Streams of consciousness is something I've practiced most of my life and I think it's where I stumble on some of my greatest ideas. This is a peering into my mind.
