Streams in the Desert

Today's episode of the Build Your Brave podcast is one of the most vulnerable yet. After an unexpected season of deep personal loss, Megan opens up about walking through grief while still showing up as a mom, a leader, and hope dealer. She shares how Isaiah 43 has anchored her heart and why putting on a garment of praise is a deliberate choice, not a feeling. If you've ever wondered where God is in your pain, how to hold onto His promises when life looks nothing like you expected, or whether it's possible to keep believing when your faith is tested, this episode is for you. 🔑 KEY TAKEAWAYS 👉🏼 Grief & gratitude can coexist. And God meets you there. 👉🏼 "When," not "if." Scripture promises that we will go through deep waters & fire, but also promises we won't be consumed. 👉🏼 Cling to the Vine. In seasons of loss, staying attached to God isn't optional; it's survival. 👉🏼 Choose your focus. You'll find what you're looking for: God's faithfulness or your losses. One moves you forward; the other keeps you stuck. 👉🏼 Put on the garment of praise. You can't always feel your way into acting, but you can act your way into feeling. -- 💌 YOU ARE INVITED: Don't miss the Build Your Brave Experience 2025, November 6-8 in Scottsdale, Arizona!
