In fact, it's so distinctly bad it's achieved cult status for being an accidental masterpiece of "trash art." So get your blue camouflage dry cleaned, wrap up your cage fights with Vega, and lace up a pair of superconducting boots to watch the 1994 dumpster fire that is Street Fighter: The Movie.
